What to expect after you write

We answer by email. We do not publish a guaranteed response time, because we would rather not promise a number we cannot keep, and we do not run live chat or a phone line. A short, specific message gets a faster and better answer than a long general one, so put the one thing you want to know in the first sentence.

If your question is about a missing alert, the most useful thing you can send is the exact bar you expected to fire on. Moolish detects conditions on the closed bar, so a message such as “I expected Buy Setup 9 on the 1D for this symbol at this daily close” lets us check the same bar on our side.

What we cannot help with

  • Trading decisions. Moolish is a scanner and an alerting tool. We cannot tell you whether to buy or sell, how large a position should be, or whether a setup will work.
  • Passwords and secrets. We will never ask you for your password, an exchange API secret or a seed phrase. Do not send them, even if a message that looks like it came from us asks.
  • Anyone else’s account. We can only discuss an account with the email address registered to it.

The rules that apply to using Moolish are written out in full and kept up to date on their own pages:

To learn how the product works before you write, start with the guides, or look up an unfamiliar word in the glossary.
