Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Thank you for using Moolish. We built it so you can define a market setup once and get told exactly once when it completes. Because we cannot know every customer personally, we need a few ground rules. These are them. We have tried to keep them readable; please actually read them.

When we say “Moolish”, “we”, “our” or “us”, we mean the operator of the Moolish service. When we say “Services”, we mean the moolish.com website, the Moolish web application, the alerts we send, the methods and anything else we provide. When we say “you”, we mean the person or organisation that owns an account or otherwise uses the Services.

By using the Services you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, which is part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Account terms

2. Acceptable use

Use the Services for what they are for: scanning markets and getting alerts. Do not use them to:

We may apply fair-use limits (for example on the number of chains, markets, alerts or API calls) and may throttle or suspend accounts that exceed them or that threaten the stability of the Services for others. We will try to warn you first where practical.

3. Alerts, data and automation

Alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis. They can be late, duplicated, missing or based on data that later turns out to be wrong. Market data comes from third-party exchanges and providers that we do not control. Nothing in the Services is financial advice. The full version of this warning is in our Disclaimer, and you agree to it.

If you connect Moolish alerts to any system that places orders or moves funds, you do so entirely at your own risk and you are solely responsible for every order that system places. We never hold your funds, exchange API keys with trading permissions, or private keys, and we do not want you to give them to us.

4. Methods

Moolish includes a library of scanning methods (“Methods”) that we build and maintain. A Method is a set of technical conditions on price and volume, such as a TD Sequential count, a volume tier or a candlestick pattern, that the Services check on market data and alert you about. Users cannot publish or sell Methods to other users.

When you subscribe to a Method, you get a licence to run it inside the Services for your own use while your account is active and the Method remains available. You may not copy, resell or republish it. Methods describe market conditions; they are not recommendations to buy or sell, and we do not promise that any Method is accurate or profitable.

We may add, change, replace or retire Methods at any time. When we replace a Method, we try to move existing subscriptions to its successor so your alerts keep working.

5. Your content and our content

Everything you create in Moolish, such as chains, candles, presets, watchlists, chart drawings and notes, belongs to you. We claim no intellectual-property rights in it. We access it only to run the Services, to help you when you ask, or as our Privacy Policy describes, and we will never sell it. You are responsible for what you create and must have the rights to anything you upload.

The Services themselves, including the software, the scanning engine, the design, the names “Moolish” and “moo when it matters”, our logos and all built-in Methods, indicators, patterns and presets, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Services, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, without our written permission. Feedback you send us may be used without any obligation to you.

6. Trials, payment and refunds

7. Cancellation and termination

8. Changes to the Services and prices

We are constantly changing Moolish: adding markets, data sources, indicators and features, and sometimes removing ones that are not working. We may change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. If a change materially reduces what you paid for in the current period, tell us and we will work it out with you. We may change the list price for new purchases at any time. A subscription that is already running keeps the price it started at for as long as it stays active, and a one-time pass is paid in full up front, so a list-price change never touches a Pro plan you already pay for. The new price applies only to purchases made after the change, including a new term you buy after cancelling.

9. No warranty

We work hard to make Moolish fast, accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise it. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any alert, scan, statistic or Method will be timely, accurate, complete or profitable, or that the Services will meet your requirements. See the Disclaimer.

10. Liability

You expressly understand and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Moolish and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, missed or late alerts, loss of goodwill or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services in any twelve-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in that period, or, if you paid nothing, the minimum amount that applicable law requires. If you live in a jurisdiction that does not allow some of these limitations, they apply to you only to the extent permitted there, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

In short: use Moolish at your own risk. Trading decisions are yours.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, your trading or automation, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Moolish is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence says otherwise. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.

13. Everything else
